Paul Swinbourn started Searidge Estates in 2006 after 25 years of running his own companies. He successfully completed a C.I.S. in 1978, and thereafter continued his career in general accounting and computers. After profiting in what was at first a hobby, he decided to pursue estate agency as a career. His accounting knowledge allowed him to introduce a fully automated, internet based rental collection package.
