Paul Swinbourn started Searidge Estates in 2006 after 25 years of running his own companies. He successfully completed a C.I.S. in 1978, and thereafter continued his career in general accounting and computers. After profiting in what was at first a hobby, he decided to pursue estate agency as a career. His accounting knowledge allowed him to introduce a fully automated, internet based rental collection package. Using the latest internet facilities, SeaRidge collects rents via a Debit Order system, and distributes it to the landlord automatically via EFT, thus optimising your cash flow.
Rentals are monitored continuously, ensuring that the market rate is always charged.
At tax year end, the relevant SARS printouts are readily available.
Maintenance is done on your behalf, paid for, and then deducted from the next rent paid.
